All current on-site works, including decking replacement, drainage redirection, and the installation of a temporary pergola, are being carried out under the sole instruction of:

Legal occupant of Great West Plantation

Kevin Tye is the commissioning client and holds full authority to manage and approve all works. No third-party individual or family member holds any design or contractual authority.

No Unauthorised Interference

Any person not directly contracted by Tye Design or its partners is not authorised to:

• Enter the site

• Instruct workers

• Deliver unsolicited documentation

• Attempt to delay, disrupt, or control project activity

Such actions will be treated as unauthorised interference and may be escalated as trespass and harassment.

CCTV & Monitoring

This site is under passive monitoring.

Any further incidents will be logged and, if necessary, referred to local authorities.
